My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for our group of four. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some concerns with the air conditioning and room cleanliness. The location was ideal for exploring Florence, making it easy to get around. However, the breakfast experience left much to be desired, with some items not being up to standard.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were smaller than in the photos and not as clean as expected, they did come with a balcony. However, the street noise at night disturbed my sleep. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with staff being extremely kind and going out of their way to help, even providing a complimentary room upgrade. The location was fantastic, centrally located within walking distance to major attractions. The dining experience was decent, offering a good variety of food. The facilities were well-organized and maintained.
